Lake City Ice Climbs, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a
one of a kind experience at the Lake City Ice Park.

In addition to the Lake City Ice Park, you can drive or ski to a number of
uncrowded climbs around Lake City for a true mountaineering experience.
Difficult route finding.  No permanent anchors.  No whining.

For more information about the Lake City Ice Park, call 970-944-8020 or
visit
Lake City Ice Climbs online.  The ice park exists due to the volunteer efforts of
Lake City Ice Climbs, in cooperation with the Bureau of Land Management, the
Town of Lake City, and Hinsdale County.

Warning: Ice climbing, rock climbing, and mountaineering are inherently
dangerous activities that can result in serious injury or death. Conditions can
change quickly, and can include winter storms, extreme cold, thin or breaking
ice, falling rocks, avalanches, and other dangers. Your safety is your own
responsibility.
