Water & Sewer

Your home may be located within the Town of Lake City's water and sanitation district,  which extends beyond the town limits.  The Town provides water and sewer service for a flat quarterly fee for residential and commercial services.

There is a tap fee to hook onto the system;  taps which have already been paid for are transferable with land transfers. 

By state law and local ordinance, water meters are required to be installed on properties changing hands.
