Wildlife Viewing

Lake City teems with wildlife, bright stars, and wondrous nature.  Elk and deer
are common.  Our valley is home to bald and golden eagles, moose, marmots,
bighorn sheep, bears, mountain lions, lynx, bobcats, and a variety of birds.
We even have our own species of butterfly!  Because we are so far from light
pollution, stargazing is a sublime experience.
